FALL TRAINING

Fall Training Program

(October 6 - November 17)

Our comprehensive Fall program offers athletes a well-rounded development experience, focusing on improving key areas essential for success on the court. The program includes:

  •  Weekly Sessions: Athletes will participate in skill development, agility, and basketball IQ training, ensuring they enhance their performance in all aspects of the game.

  • Sport-Specific Strength and Conditioning: Customized training sessions designed to increase strength, endurance, and overall physical readiness tailored to the demands of the game.

  • ACE Program T-shirt: Every athlete will receive an exclusive ACE T-shirt to represent their hard work and commitment throughout the program.

  • Fall Tournament Participation: Teams will compete in 1-2 tournaments (dates and locations TBD), offering athletes the chance to apply their skills in real-game situations.s.
